Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge. Offshore addresses will incur an extra delivery charge- please contact us for details. Please bear in mind that carriers are only contracted to deliver the goods to your address and not to carry it to the furthest end of your garden!

Your order will be delivered flatpacked- please check that the correct number of cartons are delivered, and report any damage or missing items to us immediately. Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to us within two days of delivery.

A handling charge of £25 is made on any goods returned for credit.

Although assembly is very straightforward please do read the assembly instructions. It will make the job a lot easier. Please also read the handbook and caution notices before using your trampoline.

Please open all cartons with care. Avoid using a sharp knife or similar instrument as the frame pads can be easily damaged or cut.
