Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump 1600 Gall/Hr

Sand filter pumps offer genuine advantages to pool owners. They are the lowest maintenance option, requiring sand replacement only every 5 years on average. They represent approximately 38% of pool filtration systems, compared to 35% for cartridge filters, and 27% for DE systems.

Intex's 1600 sand filter pump uses a powerful 0.5hp motor to achieve a 1,600 gallons per hour (6.0m3 per hour) water flow rate. Best suited for above ground pools with a water capacity up to 12,800 gallons (48m3).

The unit offers six modes: standard filtration; backwash; rinse; re-circulate; drain; and close.

WARRANTY: This product is covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a product failure a claim can only be made through the relevant warranty line. Please note that the manufacturer will only replace the faulty component.
