Well the Zodiac Azteck Maxiwood Rectangular Wooden Pool at 4m by 7.3m provides a very well built wooden pool that is designed to form a permanent above ground swimming pool solution. Due to the composite nature of the wood it means that you can install it above ground, partially embedded, or fully embedded in ground. So whilst you may opt to install it above ground initially, as time and money allow then you may opt to put the pool in ground in future.

We are delighted to have been appointed as a main distributor for the Azteck and Original pools from Zodiac in 2008.
The Zodiac Azteck pool is available in several sizes and in three shapes:-
- 4.0m dia. x 1.4m deep Octagonal (3.7m internal)
- 5.0m dia. x 1.4m deep Octagonal (4.7m internal)
- 4.0m x 5.6m x 1.4m deep Stretched Octagonal (3.7 x 5.3m internal)
- 4.0m x 7.3m x 1.4m deep Stretched Octagonal (3.7 x 6.9m internal)
- 4.0m x 8.5m x 1.4m deep Stretched Octagonal (3.7 x 8.5m internal)
- 4.0m x 5.6m x 1.4m deep Rectangular
- 4.0m x 7.3m x 1.4m deep Rectangular
- 4.0m x 8.9m x 1.4m deep Rectangular
- 4.0m x 10.5m x 1.4m deep Rectangular

Prices include a plain blue liner- patterned and alternative colours are also available.
The pool is supplied with a Weltico 13m3/h cartridge filtration system (flow rate 9m3/h). Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to sand filter.
WHAT MAKES AZTECK SO UNIQUE?
- Azteck can be installed embedded, half-embedded and / or above ground.
- Azteck offers different finishes, both wood composite and/or stone.
- Azteck offers three different liners.
ALUZINC PROTECTION
The mechanical resistance of the pool is secured by a metallic frame made of steel with aluminum/zinc coating, called Aluzinc. This offers high resistance to corrosion and abrasion thanks to its surface hardness.
THE WOOD COMPOSITE
Zodiac have developed unique advanced techniques. Made with 65% of wood and 35% of polymer, Maxiwood combines the long life benefitts of a composite material with the natural qualities of wood. The resulting product is smooth to the touch, has insulating properties, is rigid, treated against uV rays, and does not splinter!
STONE LOOK
This provides a different look for a unique pool. The facings are produced from dry stone wall and consist of stone powder bound together by a composite resin that replicates the visual and tactile effect of a genuine stone wall. It looks and feels like real stone because the mould print was made from a real stone wall.
This pool kit includes:-
- a choice of Maxiwood or stone look surround
- 400 micron solar cover
- removable safety ladder
- choice of blue, beige or green liner
- quality pump & sand filter with media
- pipework & fixings
- ground sheet
The Azteck pool is easy to assemble and must be sited on firm, level and smooth ground. A concrete base is recommended.
Why not add a Badu Swim Jet which delivers a strong counter-current to provide a great workout facility for the whole family.
Please note; if opting for the Solar Heating Kit, this pool will require seven panels for optimum effect.
PLEASE NOTE: The pump and filter need to be located 3.5 metres away from the pool and must be connected to a suitable weatherproof RCD-protected socket outlet. We recommend that filtration is turned OFF when the pool is in operation. We recommend a smooth concrete slab as a suitable base- contact a reputable local builder for advice on local soil conditions.
Safety: Children should be supervised at all times when in and near the pool.
