It is essential that you clean your spa filter cartridge at least once every two weeks- more often if the spa is heavily used. Remove your spa cartridge and place in a solution of Filter and Cartridge Cleaner overnight. Rinse the cartridge thoroughly and allow it to dry. When the cartridge is completely dry, clean with a soft brush before replacing.

The pool or hot tub filters and cartridges are an area which require regular and careful cleaning every 2 weeks or even more if the pool is heavily used. The filters and cartridges clean the dirt from the pool in a continuous process and this dirt once collected requires removal from the face of the filter as it will eventually clog up and limit filtration if not correctly cleaned.
