It comes with a black HDPE plastic blade that is 30 cm wide and 40 cm deep, meaning that it has a good capacity for shifting snow. It comes with a standard wooden broom handle that is 15/16" in diameter, so you can use it to apply leverage where required.
The HDPE plastic is designed for use in sub-zero temperatures so it won't crack or shatter in the cold like normal plastic.
