Splash and Relax sell a variety of complete snow shovels, complete with both fixed handles and collapsible handles.
They also offer this Eco Snow Shovel Blade, it does not come with a wooden broom handle but is designed to accept a standard wooden broom handle with a 15/16" diameter shaft.
The good thing about the eco blade is its shape, which is specifically designed to add leverage when shifting and lifting snow. It measures 30cm wide and 40cm deep, has a sharp blade and is made out of HDPE, a high quality plastic, which retains all of its properties even at low temperatures.
