Looking for a nice big wooden above ground pool? Then Splash and Relax would highly recommend the Doughboy Octagonal Wooden Pool at 4,4m across. The construction of this wooden pool is such that the walls are rock solid, and will handle boisterous pool parties with ease, and laugh at bad weather. It comes complete with a liner, sand filter and pump, skimmer, an internal stainless steel ladder, and a wooden ladder for the outside, so you have everything you need to get going. Also note the timbers are impregnated meaning that you could opt to put this wooden swimming pool in ground if you wanted to.

This Doughboy spruce timber pool is available in five sizes:-
- 4.40m diameter octagonal
- 5.30m diameter octagonal
- 6.55m diameter octagonal
- 4.0 x 6.4m stretched octagonal
- 4.9 x 8.4m stretched octagonal
Spruce swimming pools are made of class 4 impregnated pine wood . The walls of the swimming pool are 45 mm thick and therefore extremely well thermally insulated. The high-quality swimming pool liner is in plain blue and 20 thou gauge.
The pool has an internal diameter of 4.0 metres.
This swimming pool is supplied complete with:-
- liner
- sand filter (8.5m3/hour)
- filter sand
- skimmer & inlet fitting
- under felt
- stainless steel ladder
- wood ladder
Internal dimensions: 337cm (flat to flat) and 377cm (point to point).
External dimensions: 400m (flat to flat) and 440cm (point to point).
Top rail width: 29.5cm
Height: 133 cm
Also suitable for installation in-ground due to the impregnated timbers.
Warranty: 10 years on the wooden parts; 2 years on the stainless steel ladder and liner.
The pool is easy to assemble- it must be sited on firm, level and smooth ground. A concrete base is recommended.
Please note; if opting for the Solar Heating Kit, this pool will require three panels for optimum effect.
PLEASE NOTE: The pump and filter need to be located 3.5 metres away from the pool and must be connected to a suitable weatherproof RCD-protected socket outlet. We recommend that filtration is turned OFF when the pool is in operation. We recommend a smooth concrete slab as a suitable base- contact a reputable local builder for advice on local soil conditions. Failure to set up the pool on a flat, level compact ground could result in the pool's collapse.
Safety: Children should be supervised at all times when in and near the pool.
