Hot Tub Warranty - Canadian Spa Company
Spa Structural Warranty: Canadian Spa Company guarantees the structure for 25 years against the loss of water through its ABS acrylic and fibreglass shell, caused by defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the hot tub.
Spa Surface Warranty: Canadian Spa Company guarantees its interior ABS acrylic hot tub surface against any cracks, blisters, or delamination resulting from a defect in the surface material, for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
Electrical & Plumbing Equipment Warranty: Canadian Spa Company guarantees its electrical equipment and components for a period of 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase, depending on the model purchased. Please see the individual data sheets for each model for further detail.
All plumbing manifolds, fittings, and parts are also guaranteed for 2 to 5 years depending on the model purchased.
Warranty Performance: The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, and terminates with any transfer of ownership. Canadian Spa Company warrants the products, including all parts and components for a period of time as detailed above. The warranty does not apply if failure is caused or contributed by any of the following:- improper handling, improper storage, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable application, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, or repairs made or attempted by other than authorised service centres or technicians.
The hot tub must be used in accordance with the Owner's Manual, and must be kept at water temperatures between 32°F and 120°F. Any damage that results from the following will invalidate the guarantee:- calcified, clogged or dirty filter cartridges; undissolved chemicals laying on the surface; improper use of chemicals or cleaning agents causing damage to the hot tub surface; damage caused by improper pH balance or water chemistry; damage caused through failing to site the hot tub on a flat and even surface with adequate weight support; for the hot tub.
Should a fault be caused by misuse, a charge will be made for the service engineer’s time. Failure caused by accidents, acts of God, cosmetic blemishes, normal non-structural wear and tear, and other causes beyond our control is excluded.
Canadian Spa Company will repair or replace at its option, a unit proved to be defective within the warranty period and under the condition of the warranty. Canadian Spa Company is not responsible for the cost of removal of the unit, damages due to removal or installation, any shipping charges to or from the factory or the installation of a repaired or replacement unit.
In the event of a defect covered under the terms of this warranty you should contact Splash & Relax in the first instance. When your hot tub is delivered it is deemed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Items such as light bulbs, light lenses, fuses, headrest, the cabinet finish, filters, stereo and related equipment are guaranteed for 90 days.
Warranty - Artesian Spas
Shell Warranty: Artesian Spas guarantee the shell for 5 years. The shell is defined as the shell below the surface finish. The hot tub shell is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for five years. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. The hot tub shell is warranted to be structurally sound and water-fast throughout the warranty period. Under the terms of the warranty Artesian Spas has the option to repair or replace the shell at its sole discretion.
It will be the hot tub owner’s responsibility to discard the faulty shell. In the unlikely event of shell/spa replacement all warranties (shell, surface, equipment and plumbing) date back to the original date of delivery. The new hot tub assumes all warranties left under the terms of the original warranty in effect at the time of the original delivery date.
Surface Warranty: Artesian Spas guarantee the shell for 3 years. The hot tub surface is defined as the exposed material finish. Artesian Spas warrants the hot tub surface to be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of three years from the original date of delivery.
This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only. The hot tub must be set on a level cement slab and/or a level deck surface that is sufficient to support the entire length; width and weight of the filled hot tub (see your local building codes). Standard building practices must be followed. Damage caused by failure to adequately support the hot tub is not covered.
Artesian Spas does not warrant problems associated with prolonged exposure to sunlight, problems caused by installing the hot tub on an unstable surface, or damage caused by the use of a sanitation or ozone system not approved by the manufacturer. Any alteration to any system either electrical, plumbing, or mechanical, inadequate over use of chemicals, or any other problem caused by an external source are not covered under warranty. Other exclusions may apply.
Problems associated with material and workmanship can and will be fixed. If the hot tub surface is repaired, the repair is limited to the affected area only, and there is no guarantee against discolouration or fading. The decision to repair or replace the hot tub will be made by Artesian Spas and its field representative after a review of the facts and pictures of the problem or any other data given to Artesian Spas by the original customer or ourselves.
In all cases, pictures of the affected area and foundation of the hot tub must be provided before any decisions to repair or replace are made. In the unlikely event of a hot tub replacement, all warranties (shell, acrylic, equipment and plumbing) date back to the original date of delivery. If it is determined that the shell is to be replaced, the same conditions and terms as outlined in the shell warranty section apply.
Electrical Equipment Warranty: Artesian Spas guarantee all electrical equipment for 1 year. Artesian Spas warrants all factory installed components including ozonator, light bulbs, stereos and fibre optic lights to be free from defect in material and workmanship for 1 year. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Fuses and light bulbs are guaranteed to work upon delivery but do not carry any warranty thereafter. Labour costs will be covered for 1 year.
Plumbing Equipment Warranty: Artesian Spas warrants the plumbing to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover filters. Filters are guaranteed to be free from defects upon delivery but do not carry a warranty thereafter. Labour costs will be covered for one year.

Any alterations made to the hot tub that has not been pre-approved by Artesian Spas will void the hot tub warranties.

Pools Warranty
Intex, Bestway, Plastica and Quick & Easy pools and inflatables are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The liner is covered for 3 months and the electrical components for 1 year. There is no warranty on inflatable parts or accessories. In the event of a product failure a claim can only be made through the relevant manufacturer's warranty line. Please note that the manufacturer will only replace the faulty component.
Trampolines Warranty
With sensible use, such as ensuring that the trampoline is correctly set up and sited, and the user knows to jump in the centre of the trampoline , you will probably find that everyone in the family will want to “trampoline”. It is likely to be very well used and it is therefore important to by a quality approved product from a company with experience. Jump For Fun trampolines are passed to comply with the GS TUV certification and of course also carry their normal guarantee of quality.
The trampoline should be erected on a level site and always make sure that there is a clear area around the trampoline in case a jumper accidentally falls off. For this reason it is best to site the trampoline on grass. We recommend not to use a ladder to mount the trampoline, as this then becomes another unnecessary hazard. Jump For Fun also supply a unique screw tie-down fixing system or the trampolines, to guard against high winds in exposed situations. A Jump Arena safety cage is recommended for total security.
All Jump For Fun outdoor trampolines carry a guarantee against rust or rot causing structural failure. They are designed to be left outside all year round. All steel components are galvanised; all fabrics and plastics are UV stable; all impact foam is closed-cell and will not absorb water. The black cross woven polypropylene bed fabric is designed to withstand up to 10 years in European weather conditions. Frame pads are filled with cross-linked closed-cell polypropylene foam. Being “cross-linked” means that the individual cells do not break own under impact. Therefore the frame pads maintain their impact-absorbing qualities and do not get thinner with use. The frame pads and fixing systems have been designed to stand up to commercial use in busy caravan parks.

Play Structures Warranty
Welcome to wood! All timber components are guaranteed for 10 years against structural failure caused by rot.
Unlike steel, no two pieces of wood are the same. Pressure treated timber in the round, that has not been sawn, is still full of natural tension as it gradually dries out. It is therefore virtually guaranteed to crack. The cracks are known as “shakes”.
For strength and durability round wood from smaller trees is specially selected. These timbers are stronger and less costly than those sawn from larger trees and are produced through the selective thinning of managed forests. Wood is a natural product which is subject to the influence of the moisture content of the air and ground. In warm sunny weather the timber will shrink and in wet weather the reverse applies. These stresses will create some cracking and splitting in the timbers. The width of the cracks can be up to 3% of the circumference of the component and they can go nearly to the centre of the timber in depth. Cracks of this size are allowed for in calculating the operational strength of each component.
During the development of the products every care is taken in the preparation of the equipment. All timbers are machine finished and pressure treated. All orders are individually inspected prior to banding and packing for dispatch.
All play structures should be inspected regularly. Wood will shrink and expand according to temperature and humidity. All fixings should be checked monthly and tightened where necessary.
