During these testing times we have seen unprecedented demand for our pools, garden toys; indoor games and crafts. We and our delivery partners are working tirelessly to get orders processed and delivered as quickly as possible, albeit with greatly reduced staffing levels at this time.

We are receiving hundreds of phone calls a day which we are unable to answer as we are concentrating on getting orders shipped as quickly as possible. Please do not phone or email to progress an existing order as this is massively increasing workload for us. Rest assured that your order will be with you as quickly as physically possible during this difficult time.

Please help us by emailing your product enquiry to [email protected] rather than calling at this time. This will help us in dealing with the huge volume of 1000 emails a day more quickly. Our current response time is 3-5 working days.

Order and delivery
The national carriers that we use for deliveries are being impacted by the large increase in online orders and staff sickness. Royal Mail and Parcelforce are limiting the amount of parcels that they will collect from us daily, which is less than our daily order volumes. This may cause a 2-5 working day delay in delivery times.

Contactless delivery
Delivery companies have introduced contact-free home delivery for your order. This gives the option of no hand to hand contact and the driver can leave the delivery safely at your door.

Product availability
Due to the restriction of movement and inability to travel currently being recommended by the Government, many of our customers are expecting to spend considerable time at home over the next few weeks. As a result we have seen an increase in order volumes in recent days, particularly for garden items such as above ground pools and toys & games.

Our website is always up to date with the current stock position of each item so you can safely order in the knowledge that these will be reliably delivered. We are expecting to see some product shortages in the coming weeks so please do not wait for the sun to come out before ordering your garden pool !
