Sand Filters are the original pool filtration system, water flows into the large globe and then through the sand inside which traps the particles of dirt and debris, before returning the clean water back to the pool. This type of filter removes particles as small as 20 microns.

A pool pump ensures the movement of the water consistently throughout the pool, filtration system and heating system. It will also evenly circulate the chemicals to effectively sanitise the water. We also stock a range of counter current pumps – if you want to maximise your exercise regime, these are the perfect choice for you. You can swim against the current, making a small pool a great place to work out and improve your overall level of fitness.
Drainage
Another item that you may consider in your pool kit is a hose to attach to your pump – this will help you to drain your pool when the time comes, down a drain for instance, rather than flooding your garden.
