A lovely, colourful domino game made from premium card. This classic game of Dominoes is based on the popular book series The Gruffalo's Child. The story of The Gruffalo has been a long favourite among children for many years. This delightful version of dominoes is great fun for children who are fans of the Gruffalo series. Instead of boring old square dominoes the images on the pieces reflex the story of The Gruffalo's Child. The game is educational, helping with colour and character recognition, counting and matching skills.
Each Gruffalo image measures about 6cm x 3cm and the game plays in exactly the same way as normal dominoes. Each player takes a turn to try and match one of their tiles with the one in the centre. Tiles can only be placed at the start or end of other tiles to keep the chain going on. The first player to get rid of all their dominoes wins! In order to hide your playing pieces from the opposition you sit the pieces on their hind legs. The game is securely sealed together in a shrink wrapped box.
The game is for 2 players or more and suitable for ages 3 years and up.
